Title: Audit Manager - Top 50 CPA Firm in US Location: Chicago, IL, with additional offices in Western and Northern Suburbs (HYBRID WORK) Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus Founded over 100 years ago we are a 500 employee full service CPA firm that is a top 10 firm in Chicago and top 50 firm in the US. ALL of our growth has been ORGANIC (no mergers) and we've experienced 15% net client growth in 2022 along with 30% headcount increase over the past 2 years. We have NO yearly billable hourly requirements, NO red tape to make partner and NO book of business requirement to make partner. All Manager level & above start with 5 weeks of PTO, very generous benefits package and a guarantee that your voice will be heard in the department. Most of our client's annual revenue fall within the $20M - $200M range. We are looking for an Audit Manager who can service our clients in the Chicagoland area (our biggest markets are in manufacturing & real estate) although we also cater to professional services, big tech & hospitality industries. Our typical busy season hours average roughly 55 hrs/week.
