Audit Manager Position Overview The Audit Manager will lead and oversee audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while providing strategic guidance to clients. This role focuses on managing audit teams, developing audit plans, and maintaining strong client relationships to support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities • Manage and execute audit engagements from planning to completion • Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards • Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing training and development opportunities • Liaise with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions • Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • CPA certification is required • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or audit • Strong knowledge of Employment Benefit Plans (EBP) and ERISA regulations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
