JD degree, Florida Bar license, 7+ years of construction defect litigation experience, strong communication and analytical skills.
We are a Florida-based litigation firm specializing in insurance defense, serving as primary counsel for a wide range of national and regional insurance carriers. With seven offices across the state, we handle all facets of insurance-related litigation. Our practice spans multiple areas, including general and commercial litigation, product and premises liability, corporate healthcare fraud, labor and employment, and construction law. As we grow our team, we are seeking a Construction Defect Attorney to work remotely. What You Will Be Doing? • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy. • Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision. • Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations effectively representing our clients. • Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress. • Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies. • Ability to work with little supervision; prioritizes and anticipates work needs; works well under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines.
