Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to mass tort and QSF distribution. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Project Manager in all phases of mass tort and QSF distribution projects, from initiation to closure. • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information specific to mass tort and QSF distribution. • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. • Communicate with stakeholders, including attorneys, claimants, and financial institutions, to ensure project requirements are met. • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks, particularly those related to mass tort and QSF distribution. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory standards. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MASS TORT OR QSF ADMIN TO BE CONSIDERED Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in project management with a focus on mass tort and QSF distribution required. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to mass tort and QSF distribution. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
