The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong cold calling abilities, and have a proven track record in territory management. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and maintaining relationships with existing customers, with a particular focus on the medical devices sector. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. • Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities. • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients within the territory. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies. Qualifications • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent cold calling skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively. • Outside Sales experience selling any of these areas: Medical Devices, Copier, Uniforms, Beer/Wine • Experience in territory management and strategic planning. • Familiarity with medical devices is a plus. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
