Architecture Project Manager - DSA | K-12 Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Architecture Project Manager with expertise in DSA regulations and K-12 educational projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and delivering high-quality outcomes for educational facilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage K-12 architecture projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to DSA standards. • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and team members. • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. • Ensure all architectural designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including DSA requirements. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to create comprehensive project solutions. • Prepare and present project updates and proposals to clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating progress and expectations. • Utilize Revit and other architectural software to create detailed project designs and documentation. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. • Registered Architect (AIA, NCARB) required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture industry, specifically with K-12 projects. • Strong understanding of DSA regulations and compliance requirements. • Proficient in architectural design software, especially Revit. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
