Architectural Project Manager - Multifamily | Mixed-use Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage multifamily and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project development from initial concept through construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of architectural practices, and experience in managing diverse teams and resources. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage multifamily and mixed-use architectural projects from conception to completion. • Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and compliance with design specifications. • Prepare and present project proposals, designs, and updates to clients and stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices. • Manage and mentor junior staff and architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, specifically in multifamily and mixed-use developments. • Strong understanding of affordable housing and student housing principles. • Proficient in Revit and other architectural design software. • AIA certification and NCARB registration preferred. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
