With over two decades of experience and a reputation for integrity, flexibility, and long-term client relationships, we continues to shape environments that inspire and endure Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture • Experience with multifamily, senior living or hospitality is a plus! • Revit is preferred • Client communication experience Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, and translate these into compelling design concepts. • Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications. • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions. • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations.
