Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This individual will oversee and manage large-scale, multi-faceted projects, specifically in the class action space. You will be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion, working closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and top-tier quality. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage complex class action settlement projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring milestones are consistently achieved throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to establish clear project objectives and expectations. • Oversee risk management, resource allocation, and troubleshooting to resolve issues and keep projects on track. • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project status, progress, and any potential risks. • Ensure that all class action settlement processes, including claim administration, notice distribution, and distribution of funds, are handled efficiently and in compliance with legal standards. • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial alignment with project goals. • Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, promoting team collaboration and professional growth. Qualifications: • MUST HAVE: 5+ years of experience in class action settlements or similar complex legal projects. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven expertise in managing large-scale class action cases, including claim processing, legal compliance, and distribution processes. • PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus. • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to and engage with clients and stakeholders. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and familiarity with legal case management systems is a plus • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
