Project Manager (A/V, Control, Network, Security) Job Description The Project Manager (A/V, Control, Network, Security) position with Cyber Technology Group is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to Cyber’s Director of Production. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following: SUMMARY: Cyber Technology Group specializes in residential new construction and is an industry leader in Custom Integration. The Project Manager (A/V, Control, Network, Security) manages a team of technicians while overseeing the production process including Prewire, Trim and Final phases, and working closely with our Sales Team. Ultimately they are responsible for ensuring that Cyber delivers seamless and successful projects within budget. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients. • Orchestrates the accurate and timely completion of specified A/V, Network, Security and Control on projects • Ensures the training, direction and support of technicians to guarantee quality of work and timely completion of projects • Exhibits exemplary communication skills, internally and external • Reviews job scopes with Sales, Design, Purchasing, and Operations ensuring all aspects of a project is accounted for • Scheduling to secure proper personnel - factoring in expertise, availability; owns professional, consistent and reliable communication with client or job superintendent; sharing any and all pertinent information regarding changes, schedules, improvements or possible delays, discrepancies or disappointments. Approval of timecards for their teams. • Conducts thorough diagnostic assessments of equipment or systems to identify issues or malfunctions accurately • Maintains detailed records production activities, including diagnostic findings, repair procedures, parts used, and client interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reference and reporting purposes • Partners extensively with Accounting to ensure the correct billing and invoicing of projects • Solidifies brand goals by exceeding client expectations; delivering prompt, reliable, high-quality service while demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, empathy and respect UNIVERSAL EXPECTATIONS: • Performs all duties in an independent and expeditious manner, without additional supervision; seeking guidance and direction from the Director of Production or company leadership on major issues, as necessary. • Displays a positive, professional, cooperative relationship with both clients and colleagues. • Makes optimal use of his/her own time during all working hours. • Has the ability and care to recognize and address priorities. • Demonstrates good planning skills; which align with company MIN. • Shows commitment to Cyber Core Values and proactively incorporates them into all communication and decision making.
