Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Support Representative Tier II, located in Shakopee, MN. The Tech Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, analyzing technical problems, and providing efficient solutions. The Tech Support Representative will also document issues, escalate complex problems to higher-tier support, and continuously update their technical knowledge. Qualifications • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills • Strong Analytical Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in power protection and management products is a plus • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
