Cyba is a California-based startup brokerage developing an innovative distribution platform focused exclusively on cyber insurance. We partner with leading carriers and independent agencies to make cyber insurance simple, seamless, and scalable. We’re building a sales team to help drive rapid growth. Role Description We’re looking for ambitious Sales Representatives to join Cyba on a commission-only contract basis during our early launch phase. Your role will be to identify, connect with, and enroll independent insurance agents/agencies into Cyba’s platform. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you’ll begin as an individual sales rep and have the chance to grow into a Sales Manager/Customer Success hybrid role, where you’ll lead new reps while serving as the primary customer-facing contact for agents. Responsibilities • Prospect and engage independent insurance agents/agencies. • Set up meetings and deliver platform walkthroughs/demos. • Pitch Cyba’s value proposition and close enrollments. • Track outreach, activity, and results in CRM tools. • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and growth initiatives. Qualification • Proven sales experience (insurance, SaaS, or commission-based B2B preferred). • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and resilient. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable working in a commission-only, early-stage environment. • Leadership potential and interest in managing others is a strong plus. • Preferably located in Los Angeles (not required). Details Duration: Contract with path to longer-term leadership for top performers. Time: Flexible, remote; full-time availability preferred. Compensation: • Commission on annual subscription sales. • Performance bonuses for hitting targets.
