Full Description

Description: • Collaborates with clinical teams to develop and enforce clinical guidelines and protocols. • Leads, develops, directs and implements clinical and non-clinical activities that impact health care quality, cost and outcomes. • Monitors and analyzes quality metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement. • Provides clinical leadership and expertise in the development of quality improvement strategies. • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care. • Mentors and develops clinical staff in quality improvement methodologies. • Leads, develops, directs quality governance Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on quality improvement. • Managing a team. • Analytics, data interpretation and display • Clear communication and strong leadership skills • Communication and relationship-building • High level organizational and project management capabilities • Work collaboratively in a large, complex and multidisciplinary team environment. • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement. • Active and current state medical license without encumbrances • M.D. or D.O., Board Certification in a recognized specialty Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • No-cost programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings, tobacco cessation and weight management programs, confidential counseling and financial coaching. • Paid time off • Flexible work schedules • Family leave • Dependent care resources • Colleague assistance programs • Tuition assistance • Retiree medical access
