As Senior Manager, Project Management – National Duals Program Office, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our members and business by serving as a strategic operation and execution partner to the Executive Director of the National Duals Program Office within Aetna’s Medicare Duals Center of Excellence. The National Duals Program Office sets the strategy for the company’s Dual-Eligible and Institutional Special Needs Plans (D-SNP & I-SNP) and owns Special Needs Plan (SNP) training within the CVS Health enterprise. You will support initiatives with enterprise partners that further overall strategic objectives, promote growth and financial sustainability. This role translates executive priorities into actionable plans, proactively manages leader deliverables, and ensures disciplined follow-through across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The position plays a critical role in helping Duals leaders operate efficiently, anticipate risks and opportunities, and maintain focus on high-impact outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with Duals Center of Excellence leaders on goals and objectives, track progress, surface risks, and drive follow-through to outcomes Proactively manage intake, prioritization, and sequencing of executive requests to ensure focus on highest-value initiatives Support governance processes including documentation of decisions, assumptions, and accountability across integrated product initiatives Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to support business case development, budget alignment, and financial impact tracking where applicable Lead coordination for executive communications, including board-level or SVP-ready materials, talking points, and briefing documents Contribute to Duals Center of Excellence strategic planning and development of the annual operating plan for overall Center of Excellence activities Serve as a liaison to enterprise teams to support Medicare bids, D-SNP product workstreams, executive leadership requests, and related priorities across Duals Partner with product and market teams on Medicare benefit and bid strategy support, including coordination of inputs, timelines, and approvals Support market performance goals through structured execution support for initiatives tied to quality performance (including STARs/quality withhold) and cost structure reduction efforts (including SAIs) Drive PowerPoint decks and deliverables as needed Support and help drive culture initiatives within the Duals COE Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of project management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from planning through execution Minimum 3 years of healthcare industry experience; Medicaid experience preferred or completion of the company’s General Management Development Program (GMPD) with a combination of other relevant experience. Strong organizational skills with an extremely detail-oriented approach to reviewing and completing written materials Experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations and leadership deck materials. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and related tools. Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, prioritization, and timely execution. Experience leading cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and driving organizational results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting complex information effectively to internal and external audiences. Preferred Qualifications Medicare/D-SNP and/or Medicaid experience We support a hybrid work environment. If selected and you live near a suitable work location, you may be expected to comply with the hybrid work policy. Under the policy, all hires for in-scope populations should be placed into a hybrid or office-based location, working onsite three days a week. Aetna Service Operations office/hub locations will be discussed with the selected candidate Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
