Manage and coordinate strategic operations and program activities across multiple business units with a focus on risk mitigation and process standardization.
Requires 2-4 years managing complex cross-functional programs with financial, legal, or business development components and strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Description: • Proactively monitor key terms, critical dates, and decision points to ensure timely execution and risk mitigation across the portfolio • Maintain a centralized system of record capturing key terms, ownership positions, milestones, and critical dates • Synthesize data-driven insights from analysis into clear, executive / investment committee materials • Organize and help manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities and existing relationships, including tracking status, documentation, and key insights • Coordinate cross-functionally to share relevant pipeline insights across Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Business Units • Standardize processes for documentation, reporting, and internal approvals to support disciplined execution across pipeline phases • Support capital markets and co-investment relationships by managing external communications, planning events, and facilitating recurring touchpoints • Assist with business team engagement to build relationships and gain insight into strategic priorities and roadmap, identifying capital markets insights to address business needs • Contribute to scaling and refining internal tools, templates, and processes that improve efficiency and consistency across the platform • Project management of administrative and operational processes (e.g., CRM, documentation, reporting) in coordination with other parts of the team • Support administrative functions such as organizing meetings/events, coordinating logistics, and managing related communications 10-15% travel expected. Requirements: • 2-4 years of professional experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with financial, legal, or business development components • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Advanced PowerPoint and executive communication skills • Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity across multiple stakeholders • Proven collaborative work style in fast-paced, matrixed environments • Experience working with Legal, Treasury, or Accounting teams on structured transactions (Preferred) • Exposure to venture capital, corporate venture, investment operations, or capital markets (Preferred) • Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, or healthcare technology markets (Preferred) • Familiarity with enterprise governance processes and financial reporting requirements (Preferred) • Demonstrated ability to interpret legal agreements and translate them into operational action plans (Preferred).
