Position Summary We are hiring a Senior Analyst to support the Complaint, Grievances and Appeals (CG&A) team. This position will play an important role supporting root cause corrective actions within the appeals space by maintaining existing and building new reporting on appeal volumes and patterns. This role will be responsible for maintaining existing reporting pipelines as well as fulfill ad-hoc requests to support further root cause analysis and operational opportunities. Primary Responsibilities Support CG&A efforts through maintaining existing reporting, building new reporting, and answering ad-hoc requests Work closely with analysts and other business partners to gather requirements and understand the reporting needs for ad-hoc requests Prepare and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency of all reporting Connect to various data sources to connect stakeholders with relevant data sets as requested Maintain and update existing dashboards as applicable Required Qualifications 1+ year experience in an analytical role. 1+ year of experience with querying and joining multiple data sources to build reporting from predominately GCP data sources. Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and adjust priorities to meet critical deadlines. Background in data manipulation and clean-up utilizing applications such Alteryx, Dataiku, Tableau Prep and have experience troubleshooting data cleaning workflows. Experience working in claims or appeals analytics. Ability to communicate and translate technical results into understandable outputs that are digestible and impactful for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with Tableau dashboard creation. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating data analysis into actionable insights. Background in healthcare data analysis. Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, HealthCare Informatics, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, and/or the equivalent work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
