Job Description: • Manage and resolve DSCSA-related tickets in ServiceNow • Triage incoming requests, validate data, and provide guidance to field teams • Maintain accurate documentation of inquiries and resolutions for audit readiness • Monitor and resolve serialization exceptions using TraceLink SCWM • Coordinate with internal teams and external trading partners to address quarantined inventory and data errors • Support SOP implementation and compliance workflows for exception handling • Communicate status updates and escalate issues as needed • Contribute to process improvements and training materials Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, retail pharmacy, PBM, healthcare operations, or related field • 1+ years experience with Help Desk operations and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) requirements, serialization, and traceability workflows • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas) and PowerPoint (building clear visuals/documentation) Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • No-cost wellness screenings • Tobacco cessation programs • Weight management programs • Confidential counseling • Financial coaching • Paid time off • Flexible work schedules • Family leave • Dependent care resources • Colleague assistance programs • Tuition assistance • Retiree medical access
