Position Summary Lead technical position at Rollout Operations Center (ROC) • Rollout Operations Center deploys new hardware and software to all CVS sites • ROC procures and uses Third Party Vendors to install the equipment in CVS sites • ROC creates all instruction manual Redbooks for technicians • ROC has its own Call Center for field technicians to call into for support and direction Responsible for: • Providing first level technical support to field technicians over the phone • Take phone calls from vendor technicians in call center as needed to support projects • Troubleshooting hardware installations issues with vendor field technicians over the phone • Recording vendor technician store installation progress, completion, and issues in an existing application/database • Actively participate in Microsoft Teams Chats to provide and receive project information daily Required Qualifications • Microsoft Office basic proficiency required - Outlook, Excel, and Word • 1+ years’ experience in related field or technical call center • 1+ years of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience • Good communication and written skills • Transportation to be able to work on-site at Rollout Operations Center Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday Preferred Qualifications • 1+ years of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience • IT Technical Education / Certificate Education • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
