And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary As a Manager, this position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Reimbursements Concepts, Inc. This is a client facing position meaning you will support external clients. You play an integral role in delivering cost effective solutions for our external clients through effective People Leader management and deliver on client expectations for RCI’s services (Intake, Billing, Collections, Cash Posting). This position is responsible for managing all aspects of RCI’s day-to-day operations to ensure client expectations are met and the financial goals of the department are met or exceeded. This position has responsibility for meeting Intake, Billing, AR aging and Cash goals, is responsive to client questions and needs; and communicates effectively with direct reports, internal staff and client personnel. This position is responsible for the timely completion of all reports and processes as required. To be successful in this role you will utilize home infusion software, payer portals and other systems and your critical thinking skills to ensure a high quality of work. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal staff and with external client personnel via telephone and email. Key Responsibilities Include Complete Performance Reviews and sets goals based on employee improvement needs for all Direct Reports within department Ensures that there is sufficient and properly trained staff Act as mentor in terms of morale, customer interaction (internal and external) job performance, and work ethics, Oversee the approval and tracking of personnel time off within the department; as well as monitor employees for tardiness, excessive absenteeism or other performance issues. Assist reimbursement staff with complex accounts receivable issues; billing issues, intake and cash issues. Observes and enforces legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient confidentiality and company confidentiality Gives high priority to client satisfaction and customer needs; and interacts in a professional manner with all co-workers and customers Promotes company culture by providing quality, comprehensive services to all customers Required Qualifications • Five years prior experience in revenue cycle management operations (Account Receivables management, Home Infusion billing experience, Intake services, Cash Posting), • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Third Party Insurance reimbursement guidelines • Competency with Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Excellent attention to detail, ability to handle stress and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and people skills Preferred Qualifications • Home infusion and/or durable medical equipment (DME) experience • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency; customer service skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Experience with medical billing or collections or experience with accounts receivable (AR); experience with healthcare reimbursement systems. Education Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. College degree (B.S. in Business) preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
