Our solutions deliver a highly engaging digital and virtual care experience for patients helping them improve their health outcomes.____________________________________________________________________________________About The Role: We are seeking an agile and strategic Manager, Product Strategy and Design, Payor Solutions to join our Product team to lead and shape the future of our patient-facing digital health products for health plans and employers. As a Manager, you will be responsible for designing and managing the delivery of patient care products across digital and non-digital CVS Health assets. You will collaborate with other Product teams, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Data Science, Medical Affairs, Legal, and others to design and manage highly scaled products across our digital, pharmacy, and care delivery assets. You will work with data to understand how the product is performing and design and deliver enhancements that drive strong clinical outcomes, product engagement, and improve patient experience. Occasional travel is required (10-20%)Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
