3+ years quality improvement experience, active Michigan nursing or clinical license or CPHQ certification, knowledge of HEDIS, CMS Stars, CAHPS, NCQA standards, and project management skills.
Job Description: • Support the functions of the Michigan Highly Integrated Duals Eligible (HIDE) quality program • Coordinate and monitor quality improvement projects from inception to closure • Develop the annual quality workplan to include program activities • Support population health management and health equity activities • Monitor all workplan activities to ensure state, federal and NCQA compliance • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve outcomes • Manage medical record review and compile reports for committee presentation • Analyze data, develop reports and present to plan committees • Adhere to NCQA standards and maintain the plan's NCQA accreditation • Support the coordination of corporate compliance and external surveys as needed Requirements: • 3+ years of quality improvement experience • Active Michigan nursing license or clinical license OR Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality • Experience with HEDIS, CMS Stars and CAHPS activities. • Knowledge of NCQA accreditation standards • Experience managing multiple projects Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • No-cost programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings, tobacco cessation and weight management programs • Confidential counseling and financial coaching. • Paid time off • Flexible work schedules • Family leave • Dependent care resources • Colleague assistance programs • Tuition assistance • Retiree medical access
