This role ensures compliance with state regulatory standards while driving process improvements, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination. The Manager serves as a subject matter expert, interfacing with Market Compliance Consultants (MCCs) and enterprise partners to complete complex network adequacy filings. Job Description The Manager is responsible for completing network adequacy filings, which differ by state. This position requires Excel and analytical skills to complete required filings. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities • Complete network adequacy filings for assigned commercial states, including data calls, templates, affidavits/attestations, cover letters, and supporting documentation. • Manage deficiency and objection cycles from initial notice through resolution, including coordinating responses with internal stakeholders, preparing supporting documentation, and ensuring timely, regulator‑ready communications to achieve approval. • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions. • Leverage Excel (data modeling, complex formulas, pivot reporting, automation) to support large-scale regulatory filings. • Leverage and/or learn advanced analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and Dataiku to aggregate, analyze, and present complex network adequacy data. • Collaborate with MCCs and leaders to address regulators requests. • Support responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and escalations as it pertains to network adequacy filings. • Implement best practices to complete network adequacy filings. • Position may sit anywhere in the United States. Required Qualifications • Minimum 1 year work experience preferably in compliance, regulatory filings, and/or analytics • Proven experience in data analytics • Adept at problem solving and decision making; collaboration and teamwork; growth mindset; execution and delivery (planning, delivering, supporting). • Strong Excel skills, including ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data validation for compliance and network adequacy reporting Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare industry experience and knowledge • Provide Network Management knowledge and understanding Education • Bachelor's degree preferred / specialized training / relevant professional qualification Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $54,300.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
