Complete network adequacy filings, manage deficiency and objection cycles, ensure accurate submissions, collaborate with teams, and support regulatory inquiries.
Minimum 1 year experience in compliance, regulatory filings, or analytics, strong Excel skills, problem solving, teamwork, and preferably a bachelor's degree.
Description: • Complete network adequacy filings for assigned commercial states • Manage deficiency and objection cycles from initial notice through resolution • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions • Leverage Excel (data modeling, complex formulas, pivot reporting, automation) • Leverage and/or learn advanced analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and Dataiku • Collaborate with MCCs and leaders to address regulators requests • Support responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and escalations • Implement best practices to complete network adequacy filings Requirements: • Minimum 1 year work experience preferably in compliance, regulatory filings, and/or analytics • Proven experience in data analytics • Strong Excel skills, including ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data validation • Adept at problem solving and decision making; collaboration and teamwork; growth mindset; execution and delivery • Bachelor's degree preferred / specialized training / relevant professional qualification Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • No-cost programs including wellness screenings, tobacco cessation and weight management programs • Confidential counseling and financial coaching • Paid time off • Flexible work schedules • Family leave • Dependent care resources • Colleague assistance programs • Tuition assistance • Retiree medical access • Many other benefits depending on eligibility
