10+ years technical leadership and application development experience with 7+ years leading full-stack teams using Angular, React, TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, cloud platforms, and fiscal management.
Job Description: • Provide direction and guidance to the technology teams that work on software products and applications • Manage the delivery of IT initiatives, ensuring the quality, design, timeliness, and budget adherence, and meeting the key OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator). • Manage the IT budget, resources, and vendors delivering the IT projects and services in alignment with OKRs • Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with the business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners, meeting the business requirements and expectations, and resolving any issues or escalations. • Drive the innovation and continuous improvement solutions, leveraging best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Requirements: • 10 + years of experience in matrixed organization spanning technical leadership and application development • 7 + years of leading full-stack engineering teams including defining and leading the execution of the long-term technology strategy management and delivery • 5 + years of experience in the following tech stack: Angular, React, TypeScript, SpringBoot, Java, Kotlin and test Frameworks (Jest, Karma, Jasmine, Selenium, Protractor) and CI/CD tool (Jenkins, Github actions, Concourse, Circle CI), or similar. • 5+ years of experience leading with deployment/modernization of applications to cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, API Design & Development and Microservices Architecture • 5 + years of Fiscal Management of capital and operating expense budgets • 7 + years of partnering across the organization and lead enterprise initiatives. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. • Master's Degree Preferred Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • No-cost programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings, tobacco cessation and weight management programs, confidential counseling and financial coaching. • Paid time off • Flexible work schedules • Family leave • Dependent care resources • Colleague assistance programs • Tuition assistance • Retiree medical access
