Description: • Remote senior enterprise leader shaping and executing centralized population health and care delivery strategy at Aetna, a CVS Health company • Lead a team accountable for the vision, strategic direction, investment, and enterprise-wide execution of the Care Model portfolio • Drive collaborative strategy across Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Specialty lines; align clinical, operational, and financial objectives • Lead governance and performance management for the Care Model portfolio; monitor outcomes and cost goals • Identify, evaluate, and champion innovation opportunities (technologies, partnerships, models of care) • Oversee program design and execution from concept through scalable implementation • Develop robust financial and operational business cases with analytics for ROI and risk assessment • Serve as integrator across business units, clinical teams, strategic planning, and analytics; provide change leadership and risk mitigation Requirements: • 10+ years in health care strategy, care delivery operations, population health, or related leadership roles • Prior experience in top-tier management consulting, health care venture development, or payer-provider transformation strongly preferred • Deep understanding of value-based care, health equity, and integrated delivery systems • Proven success leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable business and clinical impact • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills in developing business cases and securing executive buy-in • Success in building and leading high-functioning teams and partnerships • Advanced degree (MBA, MPP, MPH, MHA, MD/DO, MSN/APRN or equivalent) strongly preferred Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program • Equity award program (award target) • No-cost wellness programs (wellness screenings, tobacco cessation, weight management) • Confidential counseling and financial coaching • Paid time off and flexible work schedules • Family leave and dependent care resources • Colleague assistance programs and tuition assistance • Retiree medical access and other benefits depending on eligibility
