Key Responsibilities • Engage with small to medium provider groups to enhance quality and performance • Analyze provider performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement • Lead training programs and performance improvement initiatives for healthcare providers Required Qualifications • 4 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or a related role • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and performance metrics • Proficiency in data management and analysis tools • Familiarity with electronic health record systems • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
