Description: As a C# Automation Developer, you will design, build, and maintain automation solutions that streamline department workflows. You’ll focus on developing and supporting C# programs within established frameworks, ensuring reliability and efficiency.Develop and maintain C# automation tools for revenue cycle operationsWork primarily within established codebases and structuresCollaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities and implement solutionsCarve out a technical specialty area, becoming the go-to resource for that domainDocument processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team Requirements: 1+ years experience with Git or similar version control systems1+ years experience coding in an object-oriented language (C#, C++, or Java preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceA strong desire to learn both technical and non-technical informationThe ability to communicate challenges and solutions clearly with colleaguesEffective management of multiple work streams, such as maintaining production while editing or improving other code Benefits: Affordable medical plan options, a 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions), and an employee stock purchase plan .
