Position Summary CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Finance Enablement team as business analyst supporting the Manufacturer Rebates applications and transformation initiatives. CVS Health strives to continuously innovate around how we report, analyze, and execute our PBM finance and contracting functions. Working across various departments including underwriting, information technology, finance, legal, sales, implementations, and other functional areas this role will coordinate and lead defining and documenting key complex technical activities associated with the transformation initiatives and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a highly technical field, such as software product development, computer science, or engineering. You have an ability to evaluate and analyze complex information, and you have a natural desire to help team members into articulate and document things that are hard to understand. Key Responsibilities: Provides support to senior business analysts and information technology teams on how to effectively navigate technology systems, table structures, business processes, data flows, and more. Gathers and defines requirements for invoicing, payments, underwriting, and FP&A reporting. Collaborates with finance and analytics teams to ensure our manufacturer rebate systems meets evolving business needs. Contribute to complex, large-scale customer challenges to produce solutions. Effectively collaborate with technical resources across agile teams on all critical program efforts; ensuring teams are fully aligned on project scope, user stories, testing, and acceptance criteria. Participate in team code reviews, coordinate and if appropriate execute user acceptance testing. Maintain excellent documentation of all work. Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team, propose and implement solutions. Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience supporting technical Business Operations and/or Production Support activities. • 5+ years of technical writing including inter-connected system diagrams and complex process flows. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services. • Experience with highly complex, inter-connected systems and business processes. • Experience working in an Agile environment recommended. • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics in a matrixed environment. • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization. Education • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
