Key Responsibilities • Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including contract renewals and upsells • Present product and service information to corporate accounts while developing relationships with key decision-makers • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage personal revenue pipeline effectively Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree is required • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment • Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar software • Experience in the SaaS/technology/hospitality space is a plus
