This is an exciting ground floor part-time job opportunity for a sales associate with experience in a retail environment. We are a small boutique offering gifts, women’s wear, and sexual health and wellness products. Our goal is to create an open and comfortable environment where conversations about personal wellness and lifestyle feel natural and supported Job Responsibilities: • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store. • Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems • Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing and after sales services) • Answer customers’ questions about specific products. • Cross-selling products • Ensure racks are fully stocked. • Provide excellent customer service. • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager • Stay up to date with new products/services • Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system and cash drawer. Requirements: • Proven work experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate, or similar role • Understanding of the retail sales process • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures • Basic math skills • History of achieving sales quotas. • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work various shifts including late afternoon, evening, and weekend hours. • High school diploma • Over 18 years of age • Industry experience a plus Compensation: • Hourly plus Commission based on Sales Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
