This position plays a critical role in inventory management, shipping/receiving, and staff supervisionensuring a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff. • Ensure safe and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of construction materials and equipment. • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely. • Use inventory software to track stock, process orders, and maintain documentation. • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. • Conduct scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for warehouse personnel. • Enforce OSHA compliance, company safety standards, and warehouse best practices. • Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with vendors, staff, and leadership. • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
