Job Title Legal Operations - Data and Project Manager Job Description Summary The Legal Operations Data and Project Manager will create and maintain dashboards from existing data sources, build and manage a centralized data pool, and automate reporting and workflows to improve efficiency. This role focuses on using data to streamline processes, enhance visibility, and support informed decision-making across legal operations. Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES • Develop and manage the ongoing optimization of interactive dashboards leveraging existing legal data sources, ensuring delivery of real-time insights and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making across the team. • Design and implement automation for recurring processes and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize manual intervention, and ensure consistent operations across legal and compliance functions. • Build and manage a centralized data pool, identifying data sources, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with legal operations needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions and optimize technology platforms for legal operations. • Support various legal operations projects, helping to drive them to successful completion.
