This role reports directly to the CEO and serves as a trusted strategic partner, shaping priorities and driving execution. What You’ll Do We’re looking for a Sr. Director of Marketing (can level to VP, depending on experience) to own Curbee’s full marketing strategy and execution as we scale. This is a senior leadership role responsible for brand, messaging, revenue impact, prioritization, and go-to-market with direct influence across Sales, Product, Success, and Executive Leadership. You will be Curbee’s marketing owner: setting strategy, making decisions, managing budget, defining priorities, and ensuring marketing directly drives pipeline, adoption, and growth. You will manage direct reports. Brand, Social & Thought Leadership • Own Curbee’s overall brand strategy, narrative, and positioning • Define LinkedIn strategy and oversee execution • Establish thought leadership themes and POVs that position Curbee as the authority in mobile service • Approve brand voice, visuals, and messaging standards across all channels (remember, you own this) Customer Communications & Engagement • Define customer communication strategy across the full lifecycle from awareness to retention • Establish our voice and ensure consistency across all touchpoints • Influence product communications and customer-facing narratives Sales Enablement & Partner Marketing • Partner with Marketing Communications Manager on end-to-end sales enablement strategy • Define core messaging, positioning, and competitive narrative • Decide what assets Sales and Success need — and why they need it • Approve final sales collateral, playbooks, and dealer-facing materials • Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and partner with Sales to drive revenue outcomes • Manage marketing budget with clear CAC efficiency targets • Build a scalable demand engine aligned to ARR growth goals Product Marketing & Go-To-Market • Influence the product – from a product positioning and GTM strategy • Define personas, use cases, and messaging frameworks • Own competitive positioning and market differentiation Analytics, Reporting & Optimization • Define KPIs and measure for ROI • Make optimization decisions and strategic shifts • Report results to leadership with clear insights and recommendations • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform changes at a strategic level Events & Sponsorships • Own event strategy, investment levels, and success criteria • Represent Curbee through public speaking at key industry events • Manager sponsorship strategy and budget What We’re Looking For • 7+ years of leadership experience in vendor and/or OEM environments, in the franchise automotive space (working with car dealers) • Someone who believes a 4-minute phone call on a Saturday is better than a 30-minute meeting on a Tuesday • Experience building brands, scaling GTM, and driving pipelines in B2B environments • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence Product, Sales, Success, and Leadership • Thrives in scrappy startup environments where ownership, adaptability, and initiative are essential Tools You’ll Use • Canva / Figma • Adobe Photoshop • Google Workspace • AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) • HubSpot Your Superpowers You’re a strategic leader who can also execute.
