This role will be in office approximately two to three days per week. What You’ll Do We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to support Curbee’s brand, customer communications, sales enablement, and marketing execution. This role is highly hands-on and operational owning calendars, assets, tools, logistics, and reporting preparation while helping bring Curbee’s marketing strategy to life. You’ll work closely with Marketing leadership, Sales, Product, and Success to keep campaigns organized, assets updated, and communications running smoothly. Brand, Social & Thought Leadership • Execute social campaigns aligned to pipeline and brand growth goals • Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social, events, and partnerships • Manage B2B social platforms • Create and manage the content calendar across platforms • Produce videos, carousels, and graphics • Post and monitor engagement on secondary platforms (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.) • Flag trends, comments, and performance insights for leadership review • Manage the “Voice of Curbee” on LinkedIn through posting and engagement Customer Communications & Engagement • Own all marketing automation (newsletters and product marketing) • Create product communications and collateral • Support onboarding, retention, and expansion messaging initiatives Sales Enablement • Update pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies • Manage version control and content libraries • Support sales requests and asset updates as needed Analytics, Reporting & Optimization • Pull ad-hoc marketing reports • Track campaign performance and engagement metrics • Prepare reporting summaries for leadership review Product Marketing & Go-To-Market • Own the assets and communications for product launches • Update product messaging across channels • Organize competitive materials and internal resources Events • Manage logistics and timelines and support on-site execution • Coordinate marketing booth assets, registrations, and follow-ups • Track leads and assist with post-event reporting Sponsorships • Coordinate sponsorship deliverables. • Manage assets, placements, and timelines. • Support sponsored content and activations. What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once (For real, we have lots of projects!) • Experience supporting social media, email marketing, and sales enablement • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable – you follow through! • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Tools You’ll Use • Canva / Figma • Adobe Photoshop • Google Workspace • AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) • HubSpot Your Superpowers You’re an execution-focused marketer who loves bringing plans to life.
