Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with product teams to refine product vision and prioritize features based on customer needs • Train teams on Agile principles and address impediments to team progress • Bridge communication between product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure transparency in product development Required Qualifications • 3+ years of healthcare experience • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) • Proven experience in product management, including strategy and roadmap development • 8+ years of product management experience • Required certification in Scrum or Agile Product Management
