As a Mid-Level Deployment Engineer, you will partner with key business users to implement Cumulus products and services at customer facilities. Reporting to the General Manager for the Americas, you will manage and assist with site installations, training, maintenance, and test tasks. Your objective is to ensure customer success, maximize sell-through, and deliver exceptional value. Responsibilities • Lead single-site deployments: • Own project kick-offs and manage the full lifecycle of customer engagement meetings. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Direct and support the project team assigned to the implementation. • Provide performance feedback on project team members to leadership. • Monitor enterprise project plans and site-level implementation schedules to ensure alignment. • Maintain accountability for project budgets and billable hours. • Develop and oversee customer site training programs. • Manage enterprise issue lists, driving timely resolution by interfacing with internal teams while ensuring maximum customer value. • Lead product demonstrations for prospects, providing technical expertise and guidance on tools, IT security protocols, and implementation procedures. Requirements • 3+ years as an Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager—preferably within a SaaS or technology company. Or 2-4 years of previous experience managing SaaS deployments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentation and customer-facing delivery. • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on-site at customer facilities. • Comfortable in industrial environments, with the ability to support sales activities during customer visits. • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Rocketlane, Zendesk). • Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously and deliver results in fast-paced environments. • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding customer retention and growth targets. • Knowledge of industrial market segments such as energy, data centers, greenfield construction, and brownfield maintenance projects. • Valid Passport Benefits: • Competitive salaries and sales commissions. • Participation in our equity incentive plan. • Unlimited paid time off. • Commuter benefits for public transportation. • Health and dental insurance. • Flexible Spending Account. • Retirement benefits account.
