We are looking for a motivated Manager to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise team members and ensure that our guests receive outstanding service. The Managers responsibilities include creating a schedule, delegating tasks, handling cash and reporting any issues to the general manager. To be successful as an Manager, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, an Manager must be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Responsibilities: • Supervising team members, assigning duties, and creating a schedule. • Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently. • Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards. • Coaching team members and on-going training and developing. • Opening and closing the restaurant, line checks, station preparedness and preparing cash deposits. • Handling guest complaints and team member disputes. Requirements: • High school diploma/GED. • Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Confident problem-solver. • Team player.
