Your Role:   The Admissions Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting students as they explore experiential learning and study abroad opportunities in pre-health and pre-law disciplines. As an Admissions Coordinator, you will serve as a trusted point of contact and advisor, guiding students through each step of the admissions process — from initial inquiry to enrollment — to ensure a smooth and supportive experience. You will connect with prospective students through personalized outreach, answer questions about program options, and help them identify opportunities that align with their academic and career goals. In addition, the Admissions Coordinator manages applicant pipelines across multiple program brands to achieve enrollment goals. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and passionate about helping students pursue meaningful global experiences.    What You’ll Do:  *  Drive program enrollment by leading admissions consultations  * Manage and convert warm inbound leads into program enrollments through proactive outreach via phone, text, and email.  * Maintain accurate and timely records of all communications and applicant progress within the CRM system.  * Collaborate closely with the marketing organization to optimize conversion of inbound and social media–generated leads.  * Qualify prospective students and ensure smooth applicant handoff through the admissions process.  * Manage an assigned pipeline of applicants across multiple program brands (Atlantis – Pre-Health, Lex – Pre-Law) with equitable lead distribution and no defined territory.  * Consistently meet or exceed enrollment and conversion goals through strong relationship-building, clear communication, and consultative sales techniques.    Pay Rate: $22.00/hour   What Makes a Great Candidate:  * Bachelor’s degree required   * Relevant customer service experience and/or entry-level sales experience.  * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks at various stages of the funnel.   * Interested in working directly with student's requests and needs.  * Strong follow-up skills - experience nurturing leads and staying top of mind   * CRM experience ideal (HubSpot ideal)  * B2C sales experience a plus, start-up experience a plus, education or student sales a plus    We believe great talent comes in many forms and that there is no one size fits all in hiring.
