Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is essential for enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management tools. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback using social listening tools. • Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and enhance visibility. • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement. • Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates to enhance public relations efforts. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital marketing. Skills • Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. • Knowledge of e-commerce principles and how they integrate with social media strategies. • Excellent content creation skills including writing, proofreading, photography, and video editing. • Familiarity with keyword research techniques to improve SEO efforts. • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics for informed decision-making. • Strong relationship management skills to engage effectively with audiences and stakeholders. • Experience in branding initiatives that resonate with target demographics. • A solid understanding of public relations principles as they relate to digital platforms.
