We're seeking a remote part-time Business Development & Lead Generation Associate located in DFW to drive new client growth. This role blends networking, prospecting, and cold calling with basic marketing/ROI support. You’ll also be responsible for building out and managing our HubSpot CRM, ensuring our pipeline is set up for long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Business Development • Prospect through LinkedIn, email, networking events, and cold calling. • Build and nurture relationships with small business leaders and decision-makers. • Introduce potential clients to CultivaHR’s services (compliance, HR consulting, ongoing support, recruiting). • Build, customize, and manage our HubSpot CRM — setting up workflows, tracking, and reporting for leads and deals. • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and growth efforts. Marketing & ROI Support • Set and track basic KPIs (e.g., new client acquisition, pipeline value, conversion rates). • Use HubSpot to track leads, deal stages, and close rates. • Assist with ROI tracking for BD and marketing efforts (networking events, LinkedIn outreach, recruiting leads, etc.). • Provide insights back to the marketing/content team about lead quality, campaign impact, and what’s resonating with prospects. • Recognize both quantitative wins (new contracts, ROI on campaigns) and qualitative wins (referrals, brand awareness, partnerships). Requirements • Prior experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred). • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Organized, self-starter, and motivated to own the process. • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and ability to set it up for success. • Local to DFW — must be willing to attend in-person events and meetings. • Familiarity with HR or professional services is a plus.
