Job Title: FP&A Manager Division: Consumer Products Division, Pure Play Location: Hybrid (Rosemont, or Downtown Chicago, IL) About the role: The FP&A Manager will be a key member of the Culligan CPD Pure Play Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for financial planning/modelling and managing the financial analysis of key projects. You will provide key financial analysis and reporting by owning and driving various monthly reporting processes, with a specific focus on the commercial elements of the business. You will provide guidance on investment and project decisions and support the Finance Director in managing the Pure Play business with specific focus on support for the Sales and Marketing teams. About the team: The Finance team is responsible for managing the core business and financial strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to oversee our financial operations and portfolio. Our efforts are centered on optimizing financial performance and processes to ensure seamless execution within Pure Play. Responsibilities: Financial Reporting and Analysis: · Finance business partner for Sales and Marketing teams for Pure Play · Lead monthly reporting, analysis, forecasting and budget for Net Sales (Gross to Net), providing insights to customer profitability and trade & marketing spend efficiencies · Generate pro-forma financial statements to maximize customer profitability with Sales team, influence pricing, assortment mix and spend trade offs · Key contributor in monthly SIOP process with stakeholder engagement across all SIOP stages · Create and present analysis materials for executive reviews, including Monthly Financial Review (MFR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR). · Ad hoc analysis as required by business partners to drive decision making that allows achievement of business goals Generating insights and analyzing trends · Analyze performance indicators, identify trends, and investigate variances · Oversee SG&A accounts and ensure BU optimizes expenditures · Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives Planning and Budgeting · Support global FP&A processes for planning and budgeting aligned with Pure Play objectives. · Support inputs for budget and forecast submissions, measure forecast accuracy and suggest improvements Continuous improvement · Implement scalable processes focused on key commercial elements (i.e. pricing, trade spend) to be leveraged across CPD · Drive continuous improvement and standardization of financial reports. · Seek opportunities to simplify and automate processes, sharing best practices across teams and regions. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field; MBA is a plus. · 6+ years of FP&A experience. · Strong decision-making skills with excellent communication abilities. · Proven track record in translating detailed financial analysis into actionable insights. · Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (IFS, QuickBooks) · Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Travel as business need requires. Target Salary Range: $120 - 135k per year plus bonus. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
