About the Role We are looking for a Principal Customer Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Principal Customer Delivery Manager, you’ll be the strategic driver behind the success of our customer accounts. You’ll oversee the integration and delivery of CUJO AI’s cutting-edge products and services, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about turning complex challenges into impactful solutions. In This Role, You Will: Own the end-to-end customer delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Sales teams to align on deliverables and priorities. Lead architecture reviews, change management processes, and incident resolution efforts. Manage customer billing, cost estimation, and growth projections. Facilitate firmware and cloud development testing, live sessions, and release communications. Maintain and audit system access, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support customer systems. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer engagement. Requirements What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of experience in Project or Program Management. 4+ years in customer-facing roles, including 2+ years in Customer Success. 3+ years in a Customer Delivery Manager role or equivalent. Strong understanding of firmware delivery and AWS fundamentals. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
