Minimum 10 years project management experience with 5+ years leading large infrastructure projects, bachelor's in engineering or related field, PMP certification preferred, and proficiency in project management software.
Location: Remote for the first six months; thereafter, United States Virgin Islands (lodging and per diem provided) Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale horizontal infrastructure project. The Senior Project Manager will manage all aspects of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to coordinate complex logistics across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing large infrastructure projects and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1.Project Leadership and Oversight • Lead, plan, and execute all aspects of the infrastructure project, from initiation to close-out. oProvide strategic direction and oversight for the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and the internal project team. • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 2.Project Planning and Execution • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and communication plans. oOversee the creation and management of detailed project schedules and budgets. • Define project deliverables and milestones and ensure all activities meet approved scope, schedule, and quality standards. • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams (engineering, construction, procurement) to ensure project success. 3.Budget and Cost Management • Monitor expenditures and implement effective cost control measures to ensure the project stays within budget. oOversee project financials, including cost tracking, forecasts, invoicing, and reporting. • Identify potential budget risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Qualifications: • Education: oBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI, AACE) or construction management are highly desirable. • Experience: oMinimum 10 years in project management, with at least 5 years leading largescale horizontal infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, utilities, bridges). • Proven record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution and close-out. oExtensive experience in budgeting, cost control, risk management, and project scheduling. • Skills: oExceptional leadership and team management abilities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. oIn-depth knowledge of project management principles (scheduling, budgeting, procurement, risk management). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. oProficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar). • Certifications: oPMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred. • Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations (OSHA, HSE, etc.) is a plus.Working Conditions: • Fulltime position based onsite after initial remote period. • Occasional travel for site inspections, meetings, or client visits. • Dynamic, highpressure environment with tight deadlines. • Flexibility to work additional hours during critical project phases.Compensation & Benefits • Pay Range: $200,000 $250,000 Annually • Competitive compensation and benefits package, including: oMedical, dental, and vision insurance • Short-term & long-term disability oLife/AD&D insurance • 401(k) retirement plan oPaid time off • Excellent career growth opportunities.Equal Opportunity Statement Cube Root Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE AA M/F/VET/DISABILITY).
