Ideal range is 0–3 years, including internships. • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. o Detail-oriented o Strong writing proficiency o Project management o Communication and stakeholder collaboration • Skills (Nice-to-Have): o Website/content management experience (e.g., WordPress) o Familiarity with Scrovito (internal CMS tool; training provided) Technical Requirements • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • General business acumen Responsibilities - Assists Marketing Communications Manager to create digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches. - Maintains Customer Services USA Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint tools - Manages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners. - Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for sales - Manages and executes internal communication projects such as internal newsletter. Background Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Experience with Microsoft 365 apps a plus
