Full Description

Job Description: • Accurately process and oversee completion of in-house orders. • Translate field measurements into detailed order forms and submit to manufacturing for production. • Calculate raw material requirements (e.g., fabric yardage, liner feet of mesh) for each project. • Process and coordinate window treatment orders from vendors. • Manage orders for a range of products. • Liaise with the manufacturing team to resolve production issues or delays. • Assist the estimator in coordinating with customers regarding project specifications or issues. • Maintain open communication with field technicians and installers to address concerns during field measurements or installations. • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates. • Track milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time. • Support the Project Manager with administrative and coordination tasks. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in project coordination, business operations, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in a project support, order processing, or administrative role. • Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace. • Comfortable working with internal teams, external vendors, and clients. • Familiarity with commercial window treatment products and terminology (preferred). • Experience with project or order management software (preferred). • Understanding of basic measurement and materials calculation (e.g., fabric, mesh) (preferred). • Knowledge of logistics or manufacturing workflows (preferred).
