Who We Are — CTVBuyer CTVBuyer is a specialist Connected TV (CTV/OTT) media partner that plans, buys, and optimizes premium streaming video to drive measurable business outcomes. We blend hands‑on‑keyboard programmatic buying with curated publisher access and transparent media buying to help brands scale reach on the biggest screen in the house—without waste. Our team is operator‑led, outcomes‑obsessed, and relentlessly curious about what actually moves the needle for our clients. The Role — Lead CTV Campaign Account Manager You will own client success end‑to‑end across a portfolio of CTV advertisers—leading strategy, translating briefs into media plans, launching and optimizing campaigns, and telling a clear story in the numbers. You’ll be the day‑to‑day point of contact, while also mentoring a small pod of traders/analysts. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Client & Strategy • Serve as the primary client lead from intake to renewal; build trusted, proactive relationships. • Translate business goals into CTV strategies, test plans, and outcome‑based KPIs • Craft media plans: audience design (1P, contextual, modeled), flighting, budget allocation, and inventory mix. Execution & Optimization • Set up, traffic, and QA CTV campaigns via direct publisher deals. • Manage pacing, bid strategies, frequency, supply path, and creative rotations to hit efficiency, increase margin, and reach goals. • Troubleshoot under‑delivery, auction dynamics (floors, win rates), and creative/spec issues; drive SPO with exchanges and publishers. Measurement & Insights • Build clear weekly and monthly reporting; translate performance into insights and next steps. • Design and read tests (geo/split, incrementality) and synthesize learning agendas across quarters. Team & Process • Mentor and QA work from campaign managers/analysts; standardize playbooks, checklists, and dashboards. • Partner with Sales/BD on scopes, forecasting, and renewals; help shape product and measurement offerings. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience and proven relationship-building skills • Experience within the digital advertising space with understanding the various technologies and how they are utilized. • Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, prioritization skills, and attention to detail • Experience dealing with the higher education recruitment industry a significant plus • Ability to nurture and retain client and employee relationships • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills a must • Prior client management experience a plus • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation • Ability to quickly learn new processes • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Why Work at CTVBuyer • Impact at altitude: Lead strategic accounts and see your decisions hit results quickly. • Modern CTV stack: Work across top ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, premium publishers, and best‑in‑class measurement. • Growth runway: Clear path to build a team, own larger books, and shape our CTV product. • Culture of operators: Low‑ego, high‑accountability, documentation‑first. • Flexibility: Remote‑friendly with thoughtful async practices and purposeful meetings. • Inclusive employer: We value diverse backgrounds and non‑linear career paths.
