This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Description: CTG is looking for a Business Systems Analyst IV to support our client on a range of moderately complex to complex technology projects, from proposal through post-implementation. In this role, you’ll work with business partners to gather requirements, translate them into clear functional specs, and lead SIT/UAT testing. You’ll help keep projects on track, make sure deliverables meet expectations, and support compliance throughout the lifecycle. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months About the Role This role sits at the intersection of commercial banking operations, system testing, and business analysis. You’ll work closely with business partners, IT teams, and vendors to make sure loan servicing systems and related integrations land smoothly and work the way they’re supposed to. If you enjoy digging into requirements, coordinating testing, and keeping a lot of moving parts aligned, this will feel like home. What You’ll Do • Lead and coordinate SIT and UAT testing for loan servicing systems, including planning, execution, issue resolution, and documentation. • Write business requirements and develop test scripts and test cases. • Review CTGs and test cases, execute testing, and validate results. • Serve as the functional lead on projects, running team meetings and tracking deliverables. • Work with business users to define requirements and confirm the system design supports business goals. • Act as a bridge between business lines, IT, and vendors to keep communication tight and expectations aligned. • Support system integrations, conversions, and acquisition-related initiatives. • Monitor project scope, timelines, and change requests to maintain quality and compliance. • Mentor junior analysts and help improve processes along the way. Required Qualifications • At least 5 years of combined higher education and/or business analytics experience. • Hands-on SIT and UAT coordination experience, preferably with loan servicing systems. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex issues. • Ability to write clear business requirements and test scripts. • Excellent communication skills and solid time-management habits. • Strong PC proficiency, including Excel, Word, and common project tools. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree. • Experience with integrated applications and complex, multi-team projects. • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple initiatives without losing your footing. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
