CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. • 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday-Friday This position is responsible for ensuring that key indicators in our customer service agreements are met. Responsibilities • Drive repair turnaround performance by working closely with our vendors to ensure our customer expectations are being met. • Build strong vendor relationships. • Provide various reports on turnaround time and vendor performance. • Effectively communicate with our customers. Required Skills • Proven relationship-building skills. • Proactive problem solving ability. • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
