Ensure customer service agreements are met by managing vendor relationships, driving repair turnaround, and reporting on vendor performance.
2-5 years of vendor/logistics coordination experience with strong relationship-building, problem-solving, organizational, and PC skills.

Responsibilities • Drive repair turnaround performance by working closely with our vendors to ensure our customer expectations are being met. • Build strong vendor relationships. • Provide various reports on turnaround time and vendor performance. • Effectively communicate with our customers. Required Skills • Proven relationship-building skills. • Proactive problem solving ability. • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
