Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quick service food management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality. • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation. • Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance. • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively. • Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing cash flow, and generating reports. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction. • Oversee shift management to ensure all staff are performing their duties effectively. Experience • Proven experience in supervising staff within a quick service fast food restaurant environment. • Strong kitchen management skills with a background in culinary practices. • Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence. • Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functionalities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
