C & T Towing is searching for the friendliest tow truck drivers in Hampton Roads! It is our mission to go beyond industry standards with unmatched customer service. Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients in need of towing services - Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently transport vehicles - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper equipment and techniques - Secure vehicles properly to ensure safe transportation - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the tow truck - Maintain accurate records of each tow, including vehicle information and destination Experience: - At this time we are looking for EXPERIENCED tow truck drivers. * - Experience with flatbed AND wheel-lift trucks - Familiarity with operating a forklift is a plus - Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations - Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner Skills Required: - Great communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Problem solving - Top tier customer service - Attention to detail Join our C & T Towing family and help us transform the towing industry!
